Quick Setup
Navigate to Settings
Log in to your Triagly dashboard and go to Settings from the sidebar.
Click "Add to Slack"
Find the Slack Integration section and click the purple Add to Slack button.
Authorize in Slack
Select your workspace and click Allow to grant permissions.

Troubleshooting
Bot Doesn't Respond
If mentioning @triagly produces no response:
- 1. Check channel permissions - Ensure Triagly is added to the channel via channel settings → Integrations
- 2. Verify connection - Check Settings > Slack Integration in your dashboard
- 3. Check for typos - Make sure you're mentioning @triagly exactly
Feedback Not Appearing
If the bot responds but feedback doesn't show in your dashboard:
- 1. Check the project - Feedback goes to the project selected during setup
- 2. Refresh the page - New feedback may take a moment to appear
- 3. Check filters - Ensure you don't have filters hiding Slack feedback
Token Expired
If a previously working integration stops responding:
- 1. Go to Settings > Slack Integration
- 2. Click Disconnect on the affected workspace
- 3. Click Add to Slack to reconnect

What channels can the bot see?
The bot can see public channels where it's mentioned, and private channels where it has been explicitly invited.

Yes, Triagly works in Slack Connect channels where the bot has been invited.
What happens if I disconnect?
Existing feedback is preserved. Disconnecting only removes Triagly's access to your workspace. You can reconnect at any time.
